Texture Installation: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!
1) Navigate to your ALPHA P-47D Thunderbolt folder. In most installations this will be the path:
2) Drop the texture.Herky folder in this file into your ALPHA P-47D Thunderbolt folder.
3) Next locate the aircraft.cfg file inside the ALPHA P-47D Thunderbolt folder and open it with notepad. IMPORTANT: MAKE A BACKUP OF THIS FILE
BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES. If you make a mistake you will still have the original to go back to.
4) Copy and paste the entry below into your aircraft.cfg file BELOW THE LAST COMPLETE [fltsim.#] entry. The [fltsim.#] entries will look like the information your are about to paste. You must then change the [fltsim.#] at the top of the text below to the next [fltsim.number} in sequence. For example, if the last [fltsim.#] in your aircraft.cfg is [fltsim.8] then change the [fltsim.#] below to [fltsim.9]. The next entry, if you have one, will be [fltsim.10] and so on. The [fltsim.#] entries are the first ones in the aircraft.cfg file. DO NOT CHANGE ANY OTHER INFORMATION IN THIS FILE!!!! After pasting the data below AND changing the [fltsim.#] make sure you save your changes to the aircraft.cfg file.
